Description

Introduction:

(1)This efficient vertical lathe is designed for rough/finish machining of motor casings.

(2)The base and column are made up of high grade cast iron with good vibration damping and stability.

(3)Vertical structure, easy for workpiece to be set, small floor area.

(4)Medium frequency hardened and precision ground, the sliding ways of X-axis crossbeam offer good dynamic response and lasting accuracy. The ways are coated with substance especially for guide ways, low friction, wearing resistance and quick response.

(5)Square slide sleeper structure is used in Z-axis with high rigidity. It has the advantage of machining large and deep hole.

(6) Centralized operation panel makes it an ease to operate the lathe.

(7) All measuring units accord with international measuring system.

(8) High accuracy ball screws and bearings are used in X/Z axes, with lasting accuracy.
